Well, we are down to 8 days to Christmas. We had a major winter storm, and it looks like a white Christmas. "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, just like the ones I used to know, where the tree tops glisten and children listen to sleigh bells in the snow." Yes, I do like it when it snows on Christmas.
What do you have done? Are you ready? Well, I have some of the shopping done, and most of the cards sent, cookies made, the only thing I want to make yet is some fudge and peanut butter fudge. We are planning a regular Christmas dinner with ham, and then there is the New Year's staple of pork and saurekraut.
Try to keep the true meaning of Christmas and the true gift in these days of hustling and bustling.
